OH YEA
Amongst these other happenings......Casey and I celebrated our three year wedding anniversary on Wednesday. He bought me a really cute coat. :)
A lot more......
So, yesterday afternoon I was in a lot of pain and called my doctor. I basically let him know the advil was not cutting it. So, being his wonderful self he prescribed me hydrocodon. A beautiful drug......in all honesty.....when you are in pain...........except for one thing.........NAUSEA.
Right after I took two of them I felt fine so Casey ran to work for two hours to get some things done . Who knew that that was going to be a very bad idea...
About 8:45pm a horrible wave of NAUSEA hit....I was SO sick. I was shaking so badly I could not stand up, I was sweating everywhere and through everything and so I knew I should drink something. Water sounded absolutely awful so I drank two glasses of milk. Those of you that have learned the hard way that dairy makes nausea worse just groaned as you read that. So....I learned a hard lesson.
My parents came by to see me at about 9:30pm and I was curled up in the fetal position, in my hallway, hugging a metal bowl and shaking. Needless to say....my mom did not think it was funny. I really did not think it was funny either because I was sick......but I laughed later picturing this.
My mom's first statement was, "Erin, why don't you just come home with me." And then I actually laughed a little and said, "Mom, what can you do that Casey can't?" and she said......."I DON"T KNOW! BUT I AM YOUR MOTHER!" ha ha
I convinced her that I would be fine. My dad made me eat a sleeve of crackers - which was a tremendous help. Casey came home -parents left.
Casey called my doctor and said that I was really nauseous and needed something to take. The doctor said we could either get something over the counter at the grocery store or he could call in suppositories. Ummm.....did not have to think real hard about that one. GROCERY STORE HERE I COME!
So at midnight we drove to the store and bought the most wonderful drug known to man......no idea what it was. ha ha. I slept 7 hours last night which is incredible compared to the 3 I slept the night before.
Woke up......pain was really dull.......nausea was gone......LIFE IS GOOD! So, I went in for my ultrasound.
I seriously JUST got a call from my doctor as I am typing this. He said he spoke with the radiologist and the radiologist said "I am very impressed with the size of this ovarian cyst. It is the largest I have ever seen." THANK YOU.
All in all....it is a huge cyst that has gotten so heavy it has twisted my ovaries. Cool huh? Well, he said the next few days were going to be interesting. Full of good hours and plenty of pain. I told him I wanted ORAL naseau meds which he so kindly prescribed. THANK YOU LORD.
So....now we wait and pray that it will bust or perforate on it's own. It will be painful.....but it would mean no surgery.
Thanks for your prayers!!

Too Much Information
This will be WAY too much information for all you blog readers.....but just thought I should fill you on in the rants of Erin.
Slept from 11:00pm to 2:00am last night. Been up since then. (It is now about 4:30pm).
Doctor thinks I have another ovarian cyst......however this one seems to have a mind of it's own. Yes, that is right. It probably has eyes and teeth too. My doctor believes it is currently sitting on my bladder......which as you guessed is really fun.
Oh were you wondering how many times I have peed today from 2:00am until 4:30pm??
22 TIMES!
Yes that is right....I am keeping a tally. It is much to fun not too........maybe fun is not the word.
Just called my doctor...told him I am in a lot of pain and now am having trouble feeling my left arm. He called in the big guns - hydrocodon........maybe now I will be able to sleep.....feel my arm....and stop walking around like the hunch back of notre dame.
Tomorrow I have an ultra sound to see this thing.....if in fact it exists. Let's hope it does....or it is all in my head. I know I am crazy.......but just not that crazy...........hopefully.
Bones season premiere is on tonight - 8:00pm. Be there.

Week 3
I have survived another week in 6th grade and am actually onto week 3! Finished the first day of week three this week. My mentor teacher is such a blessing! Seriously, great guy. The kids are the best.
One of Casey's sisters got married this weekend so we were very busy with that.
Went well. I will post pics when we get them back. :)
