Assignment for Class

For my class I have to do the following post on my blog (enjoy):

*Weblogs: Weblogs are excellent ways of connecting with parents and letting them know what is going on in the classroom. Another way a teacher could use it is to create a writing lesson for older students and each day have one students blog about the day and what the classroom did. This would not only formulate their ability to share information, but also enhance their writing and typing skills.

RSS: As a teacher you could post questions to see if students have understood the assignment, what their favorite class is, etc. Really anything to learn more about your students and how you could be a better teacher. This also saves your time in the way of bookmarking sites, which will save you time so you do not have to visit that site unless there is something new you would like to see.

Online Photo Galleries: These are great ways to enhance learning through technology. Whether it be posting class pictures, activities in the classroom or even pictures that will help in a lesson plan, these are a great thing to use. However, one must be careful when using these sites for the protection of students.

School Stinks.....

I have SO much to do for school.....it stinks.....UGH!

I would much rather be eating icecream and doing nothing.

Craigslist......

SO I was bored the other day and decided to "surf" craigslist. I came across something very interesting. I came across a post from a woman that said, "I have two children and we need blankets for the winter for their beds. We can't pay much."

Okay......so maybe it is just me that has quite a few blankets sitting around the house....but I was like,"I CAN HELP!"

So.......I didn't spend money....yay.....and I have a new hobby......surfing craigslist seeing who I can help.
