TMI?!?

So I ran the 5k on Saturday. I ended up walking 20 steps of it. You know.......it really ticks me off....even thinking about it. ha ha twenty steps?!?! really?? I had to walk those???? Grr...

Here is an image of me running on Saturday in case you missed the glorious day.

1) I had no make up on. I had slept a total of three hours, so picture dark circles under the eyes
2) I wore gray shorts.....a black t-shirt and a white hoodie
3) As the race began I had one goal in mind - finish
4) The running began and my nose went HAYWIRE. I kid you not, as I was running, my nose was pouring....and I mean POURING snot. do you have a good picture yet?
5) So the whole time I was running I was wiping my nose with my sleeves (yes, I am 5 years old)

Grossed out yet??

6) Halfway through I got really warm and did not want my sweatshirt anymore. I was just going to drop in beside the trail and walk back to get it after the race, but Casey did not want me too. So......Casey put it on - snot sleeves and all. Good man.

7) We finished 33 minutes later.

Right now I am fighting off another sinus infection I think. I love kindergartners.....but their germs are impenetrable. I can't fight the germs off - no matter how many times I wash my hands. I am a walking snot ball all the time.

My doctor told me to get a netti-pot. When I got to the store to buy one I thought it was a joke. If you do not know what I am talking about look it up. I am dreading using it tonight. I blog about the outcome. ha ha

a what?!?!

Tomorrow I am supposed to run a 5k. It is for a good cause but I am not sure I can do it.....ha ha. My body has been taken over by allergies. Joy.

I suck at blogging. Have you noticed?


I should really re-title it something like....."The Daily Rants of Erin"

when you do not have kids.....or pets.......you really only have things to complain about I guess. ha ha ha word to the wise.......I need a life

My cousin is pregnant - very exciting! They have very sweet girls so this next child will be a gem I'm sure.

School is kicking me in the stomach. It is hard - mostly just time consuming.

I officially got my business license for my wedding planning the other day. Although I have been doing it for years I have never gotten paid for it. So.........I have not yet landed my first paid gig. Hoping too though.

Wow.....life is busy.
